[Problema] server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting

Bom dia,

Estou tendo vários problemas de queda em nosso site, tendo o log não conseguimos encontrar o problema, pois o administrador do site saiu e deixou na mão dos programadores.

Server version: Apache/2.4.23 (Amazon)
