Instalar mickotick no PC dell R410

Boa tarde estou tentando instalar o mikrotik versao para x86 pc no computador dell R410 mas da fatal error dizendo que nao a hd presente alguem tem uma dica ?

Bom dia
Você não comentou nada sobre o tipo de HD, já tive problemas com alguns modelos de HDs SATA para instalação MK, e também já tive problemas com máquinas virtuais utilizando HD SCSI
