1. Problemas com a instalação do driver NVIDIA

Apos instalar o driver da NVIDIA, aparece o seguinte erro na inicialização do X:

(EE) NVIDIA(0): Error recovery failed.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): *** Aborting ***

Minha placa de video é uma GeFORCE 4 MX 4400 AGP 8X

Pra instalar eu usei o driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-96.43.01-pkg1.run

Meu sistema é o Fedora Core 7 (quando utilizava o 6, funcionava corretamente)

Espero muito que alguem possa me ajudar, eu não sei o que esta acontecendo e não achei nenhum informação na net sobre esse erro!
