LFS - Problemas binutils-2.15.94.0.2.2.

Minha primeira pergunta, portanto perdoem qualquer falta.

Na compilação do binutils a execuçao do comando make nao chega ao final, rodou durante um dia e meio até eu parar.

Notei que as informaçoes na execução do comando se repetem, gostaria de saber: se está correta a utilização do comandos; se esta demora é normal; qual procedimento devo tomar.

Toda informação será bem vinda.

OBS: Todo o processo foi executado com o auxilio do LFS-Book 6.1.

Linux - LiveCd- Linux from Scratch- ver6.1

Maquina:
Processador pentium III 500
Placa mae Asus P229b
128 mb Dimm

Hehehe.

Isto é normal. Você vai passar por isso por diversas outras ferramentas como Glibc e GCC. É o script configurando os outros módulos necessários.

Eu só achei estranho pois no seu relato você disse estar assim o dia inteiro, quanto tempo exatamente?

Como o nosso amigo jerry falou, é normal, mas ao que percebi, vc não conseguiu colar o texto que aparece durante o "make". O conteúdo que vc colou do configure diz que ele já configurou a instalação.

No make é comum aparecer várias linhas "parecidas", cada linha daquela está compilando um arquivo fonte (dependendo da aplicação, podem existir milhares de arquivos).

O make rodou aproximadamente 40h, repetindo essa mesma saída acima, depois eu parei.
A documentação diz que a instalação do binutils dura de 10 min a 3 dias(em sistemas lentos).
Minha dúvida é se este tempo se deve à configuração da minha máquina ou a algum outro problema.
Poderiam me dizer o que significa "--no-create --no-recursion
" na saida do make, teria alguma relação?
