Mysql Stopped

Prezados,

Estou tendo um problema.Não consigo subir meu Mysql aparece a mensagem :

# /etc/init.d/mysql status
Warning: World-writable config file '/etc/mysql/conf.d/old_passwords.cnf' is ignored
MySQL is stopped..

Ja dei permissão para o arquivo mas nada.

Algúem pode me ajudar.

mude o arquivo old_passwords.cnf

#mv old_passwords.cnf old_passwords.cnf.old

e reincia o mysql

Ja tentei e nada.

e no log qual foi erro dessa vez ?

Entao segue , log o mysql.log fica zerado .
