Abrindo links pelo terminal

Gostaria de abrir o seguinte link:

Esse link envia mensagens usando uma conta do JustVoip. Ja tentei abrir esse link com o "lynx" e com o "links" mas nao funciona. Se alguem puder me ajudar agradeço.

tentei com o curl agora. dai aparece o seguinte:

Acho q deve ta dando problema pra reconhecer os caracteres do link no terminal pq quando abro pelo navegador funciona. Alguem ai sabe oq fazer?
