Não consigo instalar o Python 3.6.3 [RESOLVIDO]

Eu extrai o pacote que baixei do site, fui instalar, então deu esse erro quando usei o comando ./configure

o problema parece estar no seu compilador de arquivos executáveis...

A versão é compatível com o processador ou com o S.O?
