Duvida Jasmine

Boa tarde, Galera estou com uma duvida apos instalar Mysql + cups + jasmine no Ubuntu;

Quando eu abro a pagina do Jasmine no navegador, me apresenta os erros:

Obs: O mysql e o Apache2 esta de pé!
