Dependência quebrada no Fedora 24. [RESOLVIDO]

Sempre que vou atualizar o sistema, aparece 3 pacotes em versões novas disponíveis, mas esses pacotes são pulados e o DNF não faz nada. Procurei no fórum oficial e na documentação e os comandos que sugeriram não surtiram efeito, como o sudo dnf clean all.

Objetivo eliminar pacotes órfãos

Pediu para remover vários pacotes, entre eles o Firefox e alguns Qt.

Vc está realmente precisando atualizar esses pacotes?
Se o dnf ignorou os pacotes é porque causariam conflito.
Mais uma coisa: não use autoremove, não há necessidade dele para nada no fedora. Esse comando só era necessário no antigo yum. Leia a documentação e veja que há outros comandos na lista dos 'deprecated'.

Só pra garantir, execute:

dnf distro-sync
e depois
dnf upgrade
