Olá pessoal estou tentando acesse o CUPS mas ele solicita um upgrade e tenta redirecionar para um https

Ex de outro micro da minha rede http://192.168.5.1:631

Ele retorna

426 Upgrade Required
You must access this page using the URL https://linux1.debian:631/admin?OP=add-printer.

e fica dando looping


Se eu clico no link ele fica aguardando... até cair.

Segue abaixo meu /etc/cups/cups.conf

Já vi alguns post no google sobre o assunto mas ninguem postou a solução. :(
