Ubuntu Server 19.04 não atualiza

Na instituição onde trabalho tem um servidor que está instalado o Ubuntu 19.04.
Preciso de atualizar alguns pacotes nele e dele, mas está dando erro e pelo que vi o suporte da Canonical terminou. Tem como eu atualizar ainda?

-qual tempo de suporte do ubuntu-server-19.04?
-estou perguntando pq o suporte do ubuntu-desktop-19.04 foi de 9 meses e se encerrou em janeiro/2020

Eu já tinha visto esse link. Apliquei a solução passada mas continua não baixando os pacotes. Segue os erros:

-eu nunca consegui atualizar ubuntu-desktop "vencido"
-só consegui atualizar antes do termino do tempo suporte, antes dos repositórios ficarem "inativos"
