Conexão caindo toda hora no Debian 9.

Ola pessoal, ultimamente eu venho enfrentando um pequeno problema com o Debian 9.
É o seguinte:
Minha conexão fica caindo toda hora, sendo que quando eu desconecto e conecto novamente através do ícone de rede no próprio sistema a internet volta normalmente, porem depois de um tempo cai novamente. Já tentei encontrar soluções na internet, mas não tive sucesso. Tenho outros computadores em casa com outras distros e esse problema não acontece, é um problema especifico no Debian 9.

Eu agradeceria muito se alguém pudesse me ajudar.

vc mesmo já se respondeu ... é um problema especifico no Debian 9 !!! infelizmente o Debian 9 tá todo cheio de Bugs, por enquanto a solução é voltar para o Debian 8.8 até esperar os kras corrigirem essa paradas !!!

Instalei Debian 9 em dual-boot com LM no meu SSD e acabou bugando inicialização do LM
Solução: removi Debian 9 e instalei Ubuntu
Pq esse Stretch está bugado demais

Agradeço a ajuda de todos vocês, mas eu acredito que o problema seja na placa de rede mesmo, pois tenho o Debian 8 em dualboot com o win 7 no notebook e o problema de conexão também está acontecendo no win 7.

Substituí o Debian 8 pelo 9, com esperança de que fosse apenas algum erro no sistema, mas trocando a placa de rede por outra que tenho aqui resolvi o problema.

A placa é PCI?

1- opção

ping em algum site para verifica a placa de rede.

Deixe o teste rodar por alguns minutos e depois pressione "Ctrl + C" para encerrar o comando e veja o resultado. O ideal é 0% de perda dados e a quantidade de milisegundos dos pacotes não pode variar muito.

Caso haja uma grande perda de dados, ou o computador não conseguir sequer “pingar” algum outro PC ou roteador na sua rede, mesmo estando tudo correto com as configurações, o mais indicado será substituir a placa de rede.

Eu fiz o que você sugeriu e teve 0% de perda de dados, a variação de milissegundos foi entre 112 a 121milissegindos.

Eu não sei como verificar se a placa é PCI.
