Não consigo fazer a atulizadas dos programas pelo comando apt-get upgrade

A um tempo atrás me aconteceu um problema parecido com a instalação por terminal, o programa em questão ao qual deseja instalar estava indo para o pasta "Wily" mas ela era dada como inexistente, consegui resolver o problema modificando o destino para a pasta "quantal".
Agora quando vou tentar fazer atualização dos programa pelo terminar com #apt-get upgrade me aparece isso :

Porém se eu fizer a atualização sem ser terminar e sim pelo atualizador de programas ocorre tudo certo.
Alguém pode me esclarecer o motivo disto ?

Desabilite os PPA's, coloque # no início de cada linha nos arquivos que estão na pasta "/etc/apt/sources.list.d/". Depois rode um "apt-get update", que tudo deve se normalizar.

Não misture versões diferentes do Ubuntu, isso pode quebrar o seu sistema. Seu sistema é Wily e os PPA's são Quantal... "pode isso Arnaldo?"

Remova todos PPA e atualize
